JulieHolbrookHello, I’m Julie Holbrook. For most of my life, food was my best friend––and worst enemy. For 35 years, it ruled my life and how I felt about myself as a person. I was an emotional, binge eater from the time I was a little girl, as well as bulimic on and off for about 20 years. When my health was at a critical stage, I left my successful corporate career to resolve my eating issues once and for all. I learned I didn’t have a food problem. I had difficulty dealing with my feelings, emotions and the issues in my life! I learned how to take care of myself in a brand new way, and food was no longer a challenge for me. I now enjoy food without abusing it or my body. While healing my unhealthy patterns and behaviors, I gained credentials in lifestyle coaching, nutrition counseling and hypnotherapy. Allow me to share with you the methods I have used with myself and my clients since 2004. You will be successful!

A few words about hypnosis:

Hypnosis is an altered state of consciousness allowing clients to rid themselves of inhibitions, behaviors, negative habits and destructive patterns. It is similar to meditation and guided visualization. The client is always in complete control. During hypnosis, you are guided to use your natural tools and abilities to create positive and healthy changes. You shift your behavior because it is what you want to do, not what you are supposed to do. It is the quickest and easiest way to facilitate change in behavior.
